Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Last Updated: August 2026

OIOption is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations in the regions where we operate, and conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and integrity. This page outlines our compliance framework and commitments.

0. Product Scope & Risk Disclosures

0.1 Self-directed use and no advice

  • The System provides market data, analytics, research, alerts, and workflow tools for self-directed professional users. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, brokerage, account-type, or trading advice.
  • You are responsible for evaluating information, selecting your account and instruments, authorizing orders, and confirming that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
  • Past performance, scenarios, research, signals, and risk indicators do not guarantee future results or execution outcomes.

0.2 Market data and order execution

  • Market data, quotes, analytics, and third-party feeds may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or inaccurate. No data source or system availability is guaranteed.
  • An order may not be accepted, filled, filled at the expected price, or cancelled promptly. The System does not guarantee best execution, liquidity, or uninterrupted access to any venue.
  • You must independently verify prices, balances, positions, permissions, and order status with the relevant broker, exchange, or venue before relying on them.

0.3 Options, leverage, and margin

  • Options, perpetual contracts, CFDs, leveraged products, and margin trading can produce rapid and substantial losses, including loss of the full amount committed and, where applicable, losses exceeding deposited collateral.
  • A broker or venue may require additional margin or liquidate positions without prior notice when requirements are not met. You must not rely on an automated stop, liquidation process, or risk control as a substitute for monitoring and your own contingency plan.
  • Before trading, review the applicable product disclosures, contract specifications, fees, settlement rules, liquidity conditions, and jurisdictional restrictions.

0.4 Automation, connectivity, and API scope

  • Automated and algorithmic workflows involve software defects, configuration errors, stale data, network failures, venue outages, latency, duplicate or rejected messages, market impact, and rapid losses.
  • Standard subscriptions and public pages do not include a public developer trading API. Trading connectivity, source-code delivery, private deployment, and any approved execution API are enterprise-only services subject to a separate written scope, technical review, and compliance review.
  • Any approved API is scoped by contract and defaults to least privilege. Credentials must not be shared, and withdrawal permissions must never be enabled for an OIOption integration.
